We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Orders placed during sale / discount offers (unless damaged)
🔄 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🚚 Exchange Process

Exchanges are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval
